2. Account Registration

- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
- Any changes to personal information must be reported to us without delay.
- Keeping the account password and login details confidential is the user's own responsibility.
- Sharing or transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Verification Process
gv33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity and information at any time. Copies of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents may be requested if necessary. Deposits, withdrawals or bonus benefits may be restricted until verification is complete.
3. Age Verification and Eligibility
gv33 is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
By registering on the gv33 platform, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years of age. If any user is found to be under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Applicable wagering requirements must be met for winnings derived from bonuses.
Note: gv33 reserves the right to temporarily delay or suspend withdrawals due to technical issues, verification requirements or security concerns.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
gv33 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions must be followed when using these offers:
Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To claim this bonus:
- The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) before withdrawal.
- The conditions must be met within the time limit set for using the bonus.
- Each user may receive this bonus only once.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are only for genuine gaming purposes — bonus arbitrage or strategic misuse is prohibited.
- Multiple members of the same household or multiple bonuses from the same IP address are not permitted.
- gv33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If suspicious activity is detected in connection with any promotion, the bonus may be cancelled.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The gv33 platform offers various entertainment options including cricket betting, live casino, slots and fishing games. The following rules must be followed when using these services:
- Each game has its own rules. Please read the relevant game rules carefully before playing.
- If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, gv33 will resolve it in accordance with its set policy.
- Any winnings resulting from software errors or incorrect information will be considered void.
- Betting limits are set separately for each game and market. These limits may not be exceeded.
- Match-fixing or the use of insider information in cricket betting or sports is strictly prohibited.
Bet Settlement

7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the gv33 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using false or fabricated identity information.
- Using hacking, viruses or harmful software.
- Strategic misuse of the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
- Intentionally exploiting software bugs or errors.
- Playing using automated bots or software.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Unauthorised copying or distribution of platform content.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
gv33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Suspicious financial activity or possible fraud.
- A court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
- At the user's own request or for responsible gaming reasons.
Account Closure Process
In cases of account closure other than for breach of Terms, the user's available balance (minus any applicable bonuses) will be returned. In cases of breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability
gv33 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
- If loss occurs due to problems with the user's own device or software.
- Issues arising from the failure of a third-party service provider.
- Loss arising from unauthorised access where the user has been negligent in protecting their password.
- If service is disrupted due to force majeure or unavoidable circumstances.
In all cases, gv33's maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the relevant transaction. gv33 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
gv33 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption and modern security measures.

11. Terms & Conditions Changes
gv33 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified through their registered contact details or via a notice on the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If any change is not acceptable, the user may request to close their account.
